Joe Ranieri

After spending 25 years in commercial fitness club operations, Joe wanted to get back to his roots as a provider of superior health and wellness programming. His dream entailed opening an intimate, low-volume fitness training facility that would provide his clients with the close supervision needed to inspire a life-changing experience, bringing life to the LifeStage Fitness concept in 2005.  LifeStage is now owned and operated by the ROL youth foundation and still gives you the same great fitness experience you expect.

Joe’s operating model combined the best attributes of a typical commercial gym with the highly customized services of a personal fitness trainer and nutritionist. Summer 2008 marked the launch of LifeStage Journey - his life-management ‘workouts’ that help participants learn to ‘manage their baggage’ by taking responsibility for their choices and the results that follow.

As a result of bringing his dream to reality, a niche in the fitness world had been created.

Joe’s passion for fitness training, nutrition, and energy management is obvious upon the first step into LifeStage Fitness. From his hands-on approach to fitness training, to the inspirational messages written by him hanging on the walls,  his philosophy of taking personal responsibility for one’s own health and well-being resonates throughout the venue and beyond as his loyal clients practice what he preaches each day with measurable success.
