BOOT CAMP
All levels of fitness will enjoy this 30 minute, heart pounding, energy packed event. You will leave with a feeling of self-satisfaction.
BUTTS & GUTS
Firm your lower body while stengthening your core. Slow controlled movement is key.
JOURNEY
Join us as we look into our hearts for ways to personal freedom. The Journey allows you to take back control of these issues weighing you down, to feel fitness of the mind and spirit while embarking on the path to inner peace, self-confidence, and fulfillment. SPIN
Stationary indoor cycling at its best. Instructors bring their own unique and challenging hour of fun to each event.
SPIN CAMP
Combines spinning with boot camp for 90 minutes of the best heart pounding, calorie burning, cross training event to end all events.
STABILITY CAMP
Come early and get on the ball. This event fills quickly. Core and lower body are the focus here. You will leave class with a new respect for the universal toy "the ball".
YOGA
Not just relaxtion, move thru postures, build inner body heat all while lengthening and strengthening the whole body and mind. Perfect compliment to any spin event.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

 Players will be trained to improve…

*Speed – Agility - Core-Strength - Explosiveness

Power – Flexibility – Self-Discipline – Team-Work*

*The Goal: To be the best athlete possible for upcoming seasons!

 

*Players will be trained using safe, effective conditioning techniques derived from proven strength and conditioning programs created and supervised by Joe Ranieri

*Special attention will be paid on injury prevention and joint integrity

*All training procedures will be modified to each player’s position to optimize results on an individual basis
